■A Bond Forged by SDGs: Background of Activities
Rie Asai and Cool-X began collaborating in 2020 on a stage at Nagoya Castle, which was held without an audience due to the pandemic, and have since accumulated a history of SDGs social contribution performances.
At the "Himakajima Beach Fes 2021" in August 2021 (produced by Rie Asai), which was adopted as an Agency for Cultural Affairs ARTS for the future program, they achieved a fusion of Koto and dance. They also co-starred in the SDGs concert "The Little Mermaid and the Water Spirits" at Yamaha Nagoya Hall in February 2022, delivering a performance with a profound message.
From Nagoya, they have demonstrated new possibilities for the collaboration of Japanese tradition and entertainment.
